Feasibility
Studies
Feasibility studies are preliminary studies that are often undertaken in the very early stages of a project for the purpose of determining the viability of a project. Top Planning can carry out feasibility studies of all project sizes from large to complex. Some of the assessments and products offered in the feasibility study include:

Planning Permit Applicaiton
The town planning application is a complex process and Top Planning can act on your behalf to liaise with the local council. Our services include:

Preparation of town planning report that is of sufficient detail to meet council requirements.

Liaison with assigned town planner and provide information (Further Information Letters) or amendments to manage client objections and queries.

Ensuring that council obligations are met and negotiating with the local council as necessary and also for avoiding the delay of the process

Representation at Council Meetings or any mediations.
Planning Permit Amendment
After a planning permit has been issued, you may want to make minor or/and major changes to the endorsed plan, including:

Changes to the conditions of a planning permit.

Changes to the use or development for which the planning permit was issued.

Changes to approved plans.

Dispensation Application
It is very common that a planning permit is not required for your project, however a range of dispensations are required. With 10-years of industry experience, we can assist you with the following types of dispensations:

Licensed Premise Applications (Liquor License and car parking issue)
The use of land for the sale and consumption of liquor in Victoria needs planning approval for licensed premises. We will:
